Application No.07/2025 RE Manzoor Ali Sanbhal and another Vs the state in Sessions Case No. 340/2024 for offence under sections: 24-SAA 2013 in crime No.27/2024 of Police station Gaji Khuhawar, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/ in words (fifty thosuand) in the like amount with P.R bond.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of applicant/accused which is accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/Crime and he be bound down to appear before this court on the date of hearing 01-02-2025.
