Whereas, an advocate on behalf of above named applicant/ accused filed Bail Application U/S- 497 Cr. P.C in this Court. After hearing the advocate for applicant/accused, this Court granted the bail of above named applicant/accused subject to furnish the solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousands) with P.R bond in like amount to the satisfaction of this court crime.
