Application No.114/2025 RE Muhammad Younis and another Vs the state for offence under sections: 324, 337Ai,Fi, 458,114,504, 148,149-PPC in crime No.25/2024 of Police station Shaheed ASP Fateh Hayat Mekan, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/each in words (fifty thousand) each in the like amount with P.R bond.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of applicant/accused which is accepted by this court.
