Whereas this court has order to that proceedings of the present case are kept in abeyance vide order dated: 04.02.2025 with directions that accused Mushtaque @ Ghulam Mustafa @ Mustoo son of Muhammad Ramzan, by caste Shahani, be released on furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (three lacs) to the satisfaction of this Court.
