Whereas, this court has granted bail to the accused in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Forty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount, in Criminal Bail No.11/2024 (Re. Sumair Ali V/s The state), Crime No. 09/2024 of P.S Mahta under section 337Ai, 337Fvi PPC. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused which is accepted.

You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime. Accused should be bound to appear before this court on 04.03.2024 at 08.30.a.m. without fail.`
