WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused person in the above noted case and crime are confined in your jail/prison.
AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused person before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicant/accused person in the above mentioned case and crime number.
AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused person and learned ADPPon behalf of the State, this Court has granted bail to the applicant / accused person on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands Only) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of said accused.
