SUBJECT:-   RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED MEERAN BUX SON OF BAHADUR BY CASTE LUHAR, IN 1^st CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO: S-587/2023, REGARDING: MEERAN BUX LUHAR, OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 395, 396 PPC CRIME NO: 132/2023, POLICE STATION: NEW FOUJDARI.

                   Whereas, applicant/accused namely Meeran Bux Son of Bahadur by caste Luhar, preferred bail application before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, for grant bail post arrest, through his counsel Mr. Arif Ali Kalhoro Advocate, for the applicant/accused. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana granted bail to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- in wards (three lacs rupees), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The said order also verified from Hon’able High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide letter No. 4560/LCC/Cr.B.A. No.S-587/2023, Larkana, dated 27^th February, 2024.

                   After receiving bail order and its confirmation such surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this Court, which is accepted by this Court.

                   You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- in words (three lacs rupees), for appearing before this Court on: 13^th March, 2024, at 08:30 a.m.
