Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filling the B.A on behalf of accused and upon hearing counsel for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state. This Court grant bail of the accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (in words thirty thousands) and P.R Bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
