Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated:27-02-2024 to the applicant/accused Bashir son of Hassan Jamali bearing Crl.B.A.No:251/2024 in Re- Bashir Jamali versus The State, for offence under sections 365-B,458,34 PPC bearing Crime No.33/2024 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named applicant/accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the Trial Court without fail.
