SUBJECT:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ANWAR S/O SANWAL NOON IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.370/2024, RE- ANWAR NOON VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.22/2024 POLICE STATION A SECTION SUKKUR,UNDER SECTION 324,353,34 PPC.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  ANWAR S/O SANWAL BY CASTE NOON and upon hearing Mrs. Fareeda , Advocate for accused and Mr. Abdul Karim Noonari DPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Sadam Hussain S/O Azizullah Noon has stood surety for accused Anwar.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused  ANWAR S/O SANWAL BY CASTE NOON from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousands)for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
