Altaf Shambozai Brohi and others for offence u/s 337Ai,Fi, 504, 452, 147 and 148-PPC in Police Crime No. 254/2023 of P.S A-Section Shahdadkot. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of blow named applicant/accused, which is accepted. You are, therefore, required to release the blow named accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The bail bond is enclosed herewith same be return to this Court within three days after taking signature/LTI of the accused. The matter is already fixed on 28-03-2025.
