Whereas, the accused named below, are facing trial before this court in the above noted crime, now confined in your jail.
Whereas a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C has filed by the advocate on behalf of applicants/accused(s) before this court for grant of bail after arrest. After hearing this court has granted bail to the applicants/accused(s) subject to furnishing surety of Rs.25,000/- each.
You are, therefore, hereby, directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith in above mentioned crime if they are not required in any other custody case and crime, after acceptance of Surety Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each for appearance before this court on 14.03.2024 at 08:30 A.M. and continue to appear as further directed to him and return this writ duly executed to this court within 03 days after receipt whereof.
