SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MUHAMAMD SHAHID S/O MUHAMMAD YASEEN IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.466/2024, (MUHAMMAD SHAHID VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.28/2024 OF P/STATION MARKET, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 462-I PPC R/W 39-A ELECTRICITY ACT.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMAMD SHAHID S/O MUHAMMAD YASEEN and upon hearing Mr.Raheel Umer Memon, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) nd P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and            MUHAMMAD ISHAQUE S/O MUHAMMAD YASEEN has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          MUHAMAMD SHAHID S/O MUHAMMAD YASEEN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
