WHEREAS, the below named Convicted Accused were sent to your custody under the conviction warrant of Learned Civil Judge and JM-II Kashmore. The said accused have been granted bail by this court in Crl. appeal vide order dated:-06-03-2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/-each & P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The said applicants/convicted accused have furnished the required surety which is accepted by this court.
