Whereas, bail has been granted to blow named applicant/accused in Criminal Bail application No. 22/2025. in the sum of RS:20,000/- vide order dated 18.04.2025 Re. Faiz Muhammad Brohi and others for offence u/s 392 and 34-PPC in Police Crime No. 75/2025 of P.S A-Section Shahdadkot. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/ accused, which is accepted. You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The bail bond is enclosed herewith same be return to this Court within three days after taking signature/LTI of the accused. The matter is already fixed on 21-04-2025. The accused person should be bound down to appear before this Court on the above said date of hearing without fail.
