WHEREAS, the UTP/accused Rasheed @ Rasoo son of Sher Muhammad Chandio, has been granted bail by this Court, in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (rupees Fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount, in Criminal Case No.39/2024 State Vs Karamullah and others in Crime No:77/2023, for offence under section: 324,399,402,353 PPC (Note: the sections 324,399,402 has been deleted by this court at the time of submission of Challan) of PS Sijawal. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused, which is accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused person forthwith, if he is no more required in any other case/custody The P.R bond of accused is enclosed herewith for obtaining his signature/LTI and return the same before this Court, with direction to accused to appear before this Court on the date of hearing viz 21.04.2025. at 08:30 a.m without fail.
