Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 16/2025, re Fahad Ali Magsi Versus The State, u/s 24SAA-2013 vide Crime No.73/2024 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before this Court on the date of hearing viz: 22.04.2025 at 08:30 am withoutfail.
