Whereas, below-mentioned UTP/accused has been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana vide order dated: 17.02.2025 passed in Crl. Bail Application No. S-346 of 2024, in the sum of Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million) and two PR bonds for an amount of Rs.500,000/- each, to the satisfaction of trial/this Court. And whereas, the required sureties on behalf of the below-named UTP/accused have been furnished, which have been accepted by this Court.
