WHEREAS on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of above named accused presently confined at your prison, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that accused named above be admitted on bail subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount.

 

The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the accused before this court and same has been accepted.

 

          You are therefore, directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime after taking P.R Bond in the like amount from the accused with directions to the accused to appear before this court on each and every date of hearing.
