SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ABDUL JABBAR S/O CHAND MUHAMMAD IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.486/2024, (ABDUL JABBAR VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.15/2024 OF P/STATION PINYARI, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 462-H, 462-I, 462-M PPC, 39-A OF ELECTRICITY ACT.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ABDUL JABBAR S/O CHAND MUHAMMAD and upon hearing Mr.Ali Shahzad Memon, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and            MUHAMMAD FAROOQUE MUGHAL S/O MUHAMMAD YAQOOB MUGHAL has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          ABDUL JABBAR S/O CHAND MUHAMMAD from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
