Whereas, below named applicant/accused through his advocate moved bail application praying for release on bail.
And, whereas, upon hearing the bail application this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant/accused persons on furnishing of surety in the sum of Rs.35,000/- (Thirty Five Thousands) with P.R. Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of the applicant/accused person has been furnished in the Court and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the below named applicant/accused person forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case and crime after causing of his P.R.
