Whereas, the above named accused applicants who were sent to your custody under the remand Letter by this Court, to face the pending trial U/s; 337 Ai, Fi, 506/2-PPC. The bail application for releasing them on bail was filed by Ld counsel for applicant/accused Mr, Farhan Ahmed Sarki, the order has been passed, and granted bail by this Court, to the above named applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Twenty five thousands) to each accused persons and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
