Whereas, accused namely Kasheer Ahmed S/o Abdulah by caste Kolachi , whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to accused by this court, in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty thousand ) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Ameer Bux s/o Sardar khan by caste Kolachi r/o village Bashti Lashkar Khan Kolachi Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bonds and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before trial court on the date of hearing without fail.
