Whereas; the above named applicant/accused has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, through their counsel, for grant of bail in above case & crime and this Court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for State, has granted bail to the above named accused vide order dated 09.03.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees each) with P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas, the above named Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety with P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted.
                        You are, therefore, hereby directed & authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case by any Court.
