Whereas, this court has granted bail granted to the applicant /accused Abdul Hameed Son of Jan Muhammad Halepoto named above in the sum of Rs: 5,000/-(five thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and the required surety has been furnished by the accused which is accepted in the said amount.
You are therefore hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith in this case/crime, subject to verification if he is no more required in any other custody case by any other court of law. After releasing the accused he may be directed to attend this court on 20.03.2024 at 08:30 A.M. to face his trail in the above case/crime.
