WHEREAS, applicants/accused 01-Hakeem, 02-Naseem @ Mat both sons of Muharram by caste Hasilo, have been granted bail by this Court in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount, to the entire satisfaction of this Court, vide B.A order dated 09.03.2024 passed in connection with Criminal Bail Application No.313/2024 Re-Hakeem Hasilo and another VS The State for offence U/S 324,504,34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.02/2024 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused persons have been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused persons forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before concerned Court.
