Whereas, accused namely Aqil son of Nazar Muhammad Mirbahar whom you hold into your jail custody for offence punishable under above referred case/crime has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. BA No.07/2024 by furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (thirty thousands each) and personal bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished and deponent namely Abid Hussain son of Muhammad Yousif Mirani, R/O Village Pandhi Faaqeer Mangi, Taluka Ghotki stood surety by submitting his affidavit alongwith original documents/registration card of motorcycle for above named accused persons, which has been accepted, after verification of the same.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with directions to appear before this court on date of hearing viz.16.03.2024.
