SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SAEEDULLAH S/O HABIBULLAH SOOMRO CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO. 343/2024, RE- SAEEDULLAH VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.23/2024 POLICE STATION “SIRS/B-SECTION SUKKUR”, UNDER SECTION 9(1)1(b) CNS AMENDMENT ACT 2022.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  SAEEDULLAH S/O HABIBULLAH  BY CASTE SOOMRO and upon hearing Mr. Asif Ali Shaikh, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 20,000/- (Twenty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Saeeda Bano W/O Habibullah Soomro has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SAEEDULLAH S/O HABIBULLAH BY CASTE SOOMRO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousands) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
