Whereas in the above noted case, the above named UTP was remanded to your prison. Accused moved application for pleading guilty before this Court at evidecne stage. After completing legal formalities, accused is convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C. and sentence him to suffer R/I. The benefit of section 382/B Cr.P.C is also extended to the accused. Since the accused is remained in jail w.e.f 25-04-2025 till today, therefore the sentence period have already been undergone by the accused.
