Whereas above named accused grant the bail before the court of Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas in Crl. Bail Aplication No. S-310 of 2024 in Crime No. 56/2024 under section 489-F, 420, 406, PPC, of PS Mehran, same has been allowed, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand solvent surety and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court. Accused furnished the required surety before this court. One surety namely Anwar Ahmed S/o Nazeer Ahmed has furnished the required surety before this Court on behalf of accused, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused in above mentioned case crime, forthwith, if he is no more require in any other case/crime, after causing his P.R. bond in sum of Rs:50,000/- only for appearance before this Court on:16-06-2025 at 09:00 a.m, without fail, within three days.
