Subject:         RELEASE WRIT IN SPECIAL CASE NO.39 OF 2025 THE STATE VS MUHAMMAD WARIS.

                      Whereas the below named applicant/accused has filed constitution petition No.D-348 of 2025 (Muhammad Waris VS The State) U/A 199 of the constitutional of Islamic Republic of Pakistan before the Honourable, High Court of sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas praying therein that he may be granted post arrest bail and  after hearing the advocate for the applicant/accused the Honourable Court has been pleased to grant post arrest bail  to the below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court @ Mirpurkhas.

                       The applicant/accused named above has furnished the required surety before the learned Additional Registrar of the Honourable High of Sindh, Circuit Court @ Mirpurkhas in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- ( Rupees One Lac only) vide Surety Bond No.887 and the P.R Bond is attached herewith which may be returned back to the Honourable High Court of Sindh circuit court @ Mirpurkhas atfer obtainaning signature/thumb impression of the below named Applicant/accused. and copy thereoff to this court.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith in above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, after execution his P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) for his appearance before this Court on 30-06-2025 at 08:30 am, without fail, and returned back to the Honourable High Court of Sindh circuit court @ Mirpurkhas atfer obtainaning signature/thumb impression of the below named Applicant/accused. within two days after receipt of this letter.
