Whereas above named accused person submitted bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail, same bail application has been allowed, this Court has granted bail after arrest to above named accused person in solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/-only with P.R. bond in the like amount, surety namely Ali Raza son of Muhammad Ayoub has furnished the required surety before this Court on behalf of accused person, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused person in above mentioned case crime, forthwith, if he is no more require in any other case/crime, after causing his P.R bond in sum of Rs: 30,000/- only for appearance before this Court on: 18-06-2025 at 09:00a.m, without fail. P.R. bond of above named accused after execution be sent to this Court within three days.
