Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated:11-03-2024 to the applicant/accused namely Aashique son of Mohammad Ismail by caste Junejo bearing Crl.B.A.No:299/2024 in Re- Aashique Junejo versus The State, for offence under sections 366-A,452,34 PPC bearing Crime No.105/2023 of PS Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named applicant/accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the Trial Court without fail.
