Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.300,000/-(Rupees three lacs thousand) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one namely Anwar Ali son of Muhammad Usman Panhwar, R/o Village Nabi Buix Panhwar, Taluka and District Dadu in the sum of Rs.300,000/-(Rupees three lacs) to the satisfaction of this Court.
