Whereas the applicant/accused named above has filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court for grant of bail after arrest and this court after hearing of advocate for applicant/accused and Ld: ADPP for state, granted bail after arrest to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Fourty Thousand rupees only) subject to furnishing surety to the satisfaction of this court with P.R bond in the like amount.'
