The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. WHEREAS the above noted matter was fixed before me (Manzoor Ali Khamisani, XIth Additional Session Judge, Karachi East), Judgment pronounced in open Court accused namely Muhammad Zahid S/o Gul Muhammad is convicted U/s: 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C and sentence him under section 14 Foreigner Act to suffer R.I for a period which he has already remained in jail and fin of Rs.5000/- and in case of non-payment of fine he shall further suffer R.I for 15 days.
The Superintendent of Jail is hereby directed to make arrangement of deportation of the accused Muhammad Zahid S/o Gul Muhammad after completion of his sentence through the Home Department, Govt. of Sindh with intimation to this Court.
Accused is present in court in judicial custody and remanded back alongwith conviction warrant to serve out the above sentence. Accused is also entitled for benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C.
