The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: RELEASE ORDER.
Whereas, the applicants/accused persons namely i) Zohaib Aman S/o Aman Ullah Khan and ii) Sajjad Ali S/o Mashroob Khan through their counsel moved bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C for praying for release on bail.
And whereas upon hearing the bail application has been granted bail to the above named applicants/accused persons in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- each with one surety and P.R bond in the like amount and whether on behalf of the applicants/Accused person has been furnished in the court as required.
Now, you the superintendent of jail are hereby required to release the applicants/accused persons namely i) Zohaib Aman S/o Aman Ullah Khan and ii) Sajjad Ali S/o Mashroob Khan accused forth-with, if they are not required in any other case, after causing a personal recognizance in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- each to be executed by the said applicants/accused persons separately before you, the Superintendent of jail Karachi to certify the executed of writ by endorsement on its back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof.
