Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 8th July, 2025 the accused Mst.Ameenat Khatoon D/o Ghulam Hyder Gopang in Crime No.01/2020, Offence U/S 9(b)CNS Act,1997 PS ANF Sukkur, is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(b) CNS Act,1997 and sentenced her to suffer Imprisonment for one (01) year and to pay fine of Rs.9,000/=(Nine thousand rupees). In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for three months and (15) days. The accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC and her period of detention shall be deducted from her sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, (Women), Sukkur to receive the accused along with writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
