Whereas this court had forfeited the surety of below named accused due to his absence and accused was taken into custody and remanded to jail for want of fresh surety and surety has been furnished by the accused which is accepted in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousands Rupees) with P.R. Bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he/they is/are no more required in any other custody case/crime. After releasing the accused is/are directed to attend before this court on 12.07.2025, to face his/their trail without fail.
