Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 9th:July 2025 the accused 1.Shakeel Ahmed son of Abdul Fateh Kanhar,2.Afzal son of Rab Nawaz @ Papu Chandio in Crime No.183/2021, Offence U/S 9(C) CNS Act,1997 PS A/Section khairpur are convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(C) CNS Act,1997 and sentenced them to suffer Imprisonment for twelve(12) years and to pay fine of Rs.500,000/=each(five hundred thousand rupees). In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for one year more. The accused are extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC, their period of shall be deducted from their sentence
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
