Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 13.03.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Waqar son of Akram Phulpoto, in Crl.B.A No.311/2024, in Re-Waqar Phulpoto Versus The State, for offence U/S 376-A(i) PPC, Crime No.35/2023 of P.S Gaji Khuhawar, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- total (One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the applicant/accused, in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking his P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the applicant/accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused be bound down to appear before trial court without fail.
