Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 11th July, 2025 the accused Muneer Ahmed son of Dur Mohammad by caste Umrani in Crime No.34/2023, Offence U/S 9(1)(b)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 PS Baberloi, is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(1)(b)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for three (03) year and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/=(ten thousand rupees). In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for one month. The accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC and period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the accused along with writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
