Whereas, the Honourable, High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, has granted bail to the below named applicant/accused, vide B.A order dated: 07.07.2025, passed in Criminal Bail application No.S-318/2025 re-Hubdar Ali Shabrani versus The State for the offence under section 24 SAA, arising out of Crime No.122/2025 of Police Station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
