Whereas, on receipt of order dated: 10.07.2025, passed by the Honoruble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana in C. P No. D-522 of 2025, Re- Abdul Khalique Channa Vs Province of Sindh & another, whereby the petition is allowed. Petitioner Abdul Khalique son of Muhammad Ibrahim Chjanna is admitted to post arrest bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount of satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one namely Mst. Zulekah wife of Muhammad Ibrahim Channa, R/o Village Fareedabad, Taluka Mehar in the sum of Rs.500,00/-(Rupees fifty thousand) to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore directed to release the below named applicant/accused, fro m your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.50,00/-(Rupees thirty thousand) and submit such P.R Bond before this Court.
