The accused named below has been granted Bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated.11.03.2024.
Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicant/ accused be admitted on bail on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/accused furnished Ghulam Nabi S/O Faiz Muhammad Leghari, R/O village Qassim Leghari Taluka Johi, is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Mashooque Ali S/O Ghulam Nabi by caste Leghari, from your jail custody atonce if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/ accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial Court on date of hearing to face his trial in the below mentioned Crime.
