Whereas the above named applicant/accused has been granted bail after arrest in the above case/crime of P.S Mithi by the Court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-I, Tharparkar at Mithi vide order dated:-16-07-2025 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of rupees 100,000/- (Rupees one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to satisfication of this/trial court.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished required solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (Rupees one lac) along with P.R bond in the like amount before this court.
You are therefore, required and authorized to release above subject noted accused forthwith (if he is not required in any other case/crime) with direction to appear before this Court on 19-07-2025 at 8:30 A.M without fail.
