The Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan Islamabad has appeal is allowed and, consequently, the judgment of the Hon’ble High Court dated 15.08.2023 is hereby set aside. Consequently, the judgment of the trial court dated 23.04.2023 whereby the appellant/accused was acquitted from the charge framed against his stands restored in Crl.A.46/2024-SCJ Sarang Shar Versus Zahid Hussain and another.
