The accused named below has been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated.16.03.2024.
Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused Arbab S/o Muhammad Moosa Khoso, before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & SPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted on bail on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000 /-(Fifty thousand) only and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished One Riyaz Ali S/o Ghulam Muhammad Khoso, R/o Village Dhani Bux Khoso, Bakhrani, Taluka & District Dadu is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Arbab S/o Muhammad Moosa Khoso, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/ accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned Crime.
