Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SHAIKH MUHAMAMD SAIM RAZA S/O ABDUL JALIL SHAIKH and upon hearing Mr.Anwar Ali Rajput, Advocate for the applicant/accused and                Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and            MUHAMMAD SALMAN S/O IRSHAD QURESHI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          SHAIKH MUHAMAMD SAIM RAZA S/O ABDUL JALIL SHAIKH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
