SUBJECT:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ZAHID MIRANI S/O MASHOOQUE ALI BY CASTE MIRANI  IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.339/2024, RE- ZAHID MIRANI VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.36/2024 POLICE STATION C-SECTION,UNDER SECTION 324,353,401 PPC.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  ZAHID MIRANI S/O MASHOOQUE ALI BY CASTE MIRANI and upon hearing Mr. Amjad Ali Gabol, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Asghar Ali S/O Anwar Ali Ansari has stood surety for accused Hakeem Khan.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused  ZAHID MIRANI S/O MASHOOQUE ALI BY CASTE MIRANI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands)  for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
